For mid-market B2B leadership

Innovation that earns its keep.

Innovation that earns its keep.

I help mid-market B2B companies figure out what to innovate, what to invest in, and how to make it stick, without wasting time or money chasing the wrong things.

The readiness gap

You are not behind. You are stuck at the readiness gap.

You are not behind. You are stuck at the readiness gap.

You know your business better than anyone. What you do not have is a practice of innovation: a way to sort the real opportunities from the noise, prove which ones deserve money, and make the winners stick. That gap is where most mid-market innovation spending dies. It is also where I start.

01

A growth goal, no path

A number to hit, the clock running, and no activated route to get there.

02

An investment that stalled

You spent on innovation already. It quietly never delivered.

03

Competitors moving on AI

The opportunity feels just out of reach. The hype clouds what is real.

04

No team to own it

Your people already run the business. This cannot be one more thing.

Who I help

Leadership teams of $25M to $500M businesses. If any of these sound familiar, we should talk.

Leadership teams of $25M to $500M businesses. If any of these sound familiar, we should talk.

Manufacturing, industrial, distribution, professional services, and construction. The companies that run the real economy, and rarely have an innovation team on the org chart.

The pragmatic CEO

Growth is the mandate. You need a path you can defend to your board and to your own gut.

The frustrated COO

You have watched a promising initiative die in the handoff. Maybe twice.

The ambitious CRO

Your competitors are selling with tools your team does not have yet.

The skeptical CFO

You are not against innovation. You are against innovation that cannot show its math.

The overwhelmed VP of marketing

Every week brings a new tool you are supposed to have an opinion on by Friday.

Pragmatic innovation

Four offerings. Every dollar justified.

Four offerings. Every dollar justified.

Each engagement stands on its own. Together they take you from “where do we even start” to innovation that is running, measured, and paying for itself.

03

Technology & Vendor Evaluation

Vendor-agnostic selection of platforms and partners: requirements, landscape map, structured evaluation, negotiation brief.

Per engagement · fixed fee

04

Governance, Adoption & Measurement

Change management, a KPI dashboard, and executive reporting. The framework that makes the investment actually deliver.

Ongoing retainer

Partner, not vendor

I am responsible to you, not to a platform, a margin, or an overhead number.

I am responsible to you, not to a platform, a margin, or an overhead number.

The usual options

Technology vendors have a platform to sell you, so every problem looks like their product. Big consultancies deliver a report and disappear, leaving your team holding the binder. Agencies talk technology first and bill for hours, not outcomes.

Solv:Able

Vendor-agnostic. No platform to sell you. I am on your side of the table.

Embedded. Plugged in, sleeves rolled up, inside your business, learning it fast.

Accountable. I stay until the innovation earns its keep. No vanity innovation, ever.

About Sara

Trained to walk into unfamiliar worlds and figure out how they work.

Trained to walk into unfamiliar worlds and figure out how they work.

I studied literature and anthropology and started my career in journalism. That training is why I learn a business fast: ask the right questions, listen harder than anyone else in the room, and write the findings so plainly that no one can hide behind them.

I spent years inside IBM and Unity leading large-scale innovation programs for Fortune 500 companies: shaping the roadmaps, building the business cases, and staying through adoption.

Solv:Able exists because mid-market companies deserve that same discipline without the overhead of a big firm or the agenda of a vendor.

Mid-market businesses don’t have the luxury of chasing vanity innovation. Every investment has to earn its keep.
